I very much appreciated the personal service and phone calls regarding what I wanted in terms of design - the finished product is just perfect and all the pictures and designs that were sent for change and approval was marvellous.

When my mother passed away and her ashes were given to me, I couldn't bear to just scatter them into nothingness as if she were never here. We were so close and I was missing her dreadfully.
