From my initial tentative enquiry to the finished product I can't fault the customer service, the empathy and understanding shown was unbelievable and I am absolutely delighted with my finished ring!.

I very much appreciated the personal service and phone calls regarding what I wanted in terms of design - the finished product is just perfect and all the pictures and designs that were sent for change and approval was marvellous.

When my mother passed away and her ashes were given to me, I couldn't bear to just scatter them into nothingness as if she were never here. We were so close and I was missing her dreadfully. I started to look into keeping part of her ashes in a pendant or a charm or something that I could wear permanently without feeling odd for carrying around my mother's ashes. Your service was first class and I couldn't believe the personal attention you and your husband gave us. It meant alot not having to worry about postage etc. I really can't think of anything I would change.

After losing my baby son Zion when he was only 1 month old I was completely devestated and the idea of my tiny baby alone in a grave caused me great emotional pain. "My dad died suddenly 10 wks before i was getting married and i wasnt ready to let him go and felt that i needed something for him to be part of marriage and future and so we decided to have 2 aura stones made from part of his ashes which will be set into my wedding band soon and my mums into a locket which will carry her engagement ring at the same time the rest of his ashes were spread as he wished in a special place, so we feel that we have honoured his last wish but have a lasting tribute to him also.
